This year I've been doing some reflecting but I've also been pretty busy working on a brand new adventure; putting my Finding Your Creative Voice Course online (set to launch March 9!). At first I was completely overwhelmed because the project seemed so large and I didn't even know where to begin. It was just a huge mess in my mind! I began to realize, I could either fight with this feeling and waist a lot of time and energy needing to perfectly understand and control every detail or I could just jump into the huge mess and play around.

Our Inner artist is always looking for new ways to be inspired. Even if you don’t feel like you are creative, there is a voice inside of you that wants to explore.

In whatever job you have, you think in a creative way, come up with solutions to problems, find patterns. Those are all creative ways of thinking. Our capacity for output is only as good as our input. We spend so much time working and thinking about work that our brains get overloaded with information. Everyone needs a different amount of free time for their brain to sort through all of that information, but everyone does need some time.
